I had an amazing experience here. My back panel was damaged and the piece was on back order, but the manufacturer kept pushing the date further and further back. The team at Lang?s consistently called and updated us on the status of my car as well as communicating with the manufacturer to try and get me some sort of compensation as it ultimately took around 5 months to even get the part in. They were incredibly polite and friendly, even helping me get a parking permit off of my damaged car. I can?t recommend the team at Lang?s enough. They were professional, kind, and caring about my situation. Thank you so much for everything!

I've been coming to this mechanic shop in Brookfield, CT for some time now. Both my brother and I bring our vehicles here for repair. They have always gotten the repairs done quickly and gotten our trucks back to us, in a very timely manor. Very friendly and personable people. I would definitly recommend this shop and group of people to anyone in need of vehicle repair. Oh, and for the record, I feel their prices are very reasonable. On Thursday 10/22/15 - my car started to give me trouble on 84 West - I exited off of Exit 10 for Sandy Hook NewTown Ct. and my Chevrolet Road Side Assistance sent one of your tow truck drivers to to the Mobil Station on Main St. in Sandy Hook. He was very polite and accommodating. It can be very scary being in a strange location getting your car towed and this young man was very helpful and nice.
